Through the one-day course you should get familarized with the most important regulations from the following sectors:

• The legal basics of the different company forms
• The companies' bodies and their rights, duties and liabilities
• The single legal form alternatives from a business and legal perspective

In addition to these central, corporate law questions, the course also deals with commercial regulations and basics of worker participation.
