In this three-day module you gain a fundamental understanding of central management questions in enterprises.
Besides the mediation of theoretical knowledge in Financial Accounting, a particular emphasis is placed on the  practical application of acquired knowledge. Focus is on Business Process Simulation, designed in the form of a business game. You will take over the strategic task of the management and will compete against each other on the market. The final goal of the simulation is to be successful on the market.
By means of the simulation you can get an integratet company perspective presenting you the complexity of business desicions:

• Which game rules do companies underlie?
• How do you secure companies' liquiditation and long term successes?
• How are good- and financial flows connected?

In the end of the simulation you will present the results to the shareholders.
