For taking over executive functions, two central roles are required at all management levels:
Being a superior in direct communication with every employee such as the role of a personnel manager in your field for personnel fundamental desicions. Together they compose the Human Resource Management. In this course, significant challenges will be worked out and analyzed with the help of well-selected theories. Moreover, methods of resolution and tools will be presented, illustrated by practical case studies and worked out in groups.
