Because of managerial responsibilities being hardly comprehensive,great importance is set to the manager's personal effect, as well as to his abilitiy of organizing himself. The aim of this learning unit is to set sustained impulses for personality development. As one method of experience- and action-oriented learning, you will get to know the Japanese martial arts, helping to advance your self-development through physical exercises in prototypical scenarios. In the second part of the learning unit, business ethics will be presented, thematizing economical processes and structures regarding to the capabiltiy and suitability for the right acting. For formulating a business ethics, the assumption, that in the economy real, from norms influenceable rooms for decision do exist.
